Change On Demand Expiry Date

Explanation

Use this activity to change the on-demand expiry date. When you select Synchronization Rule(s), the Edit Sync Rule button becomes enabled. Click this button on the Synchronization Rules page to open a dialog box, where you can adjust the on-demand expiry date under OnDemand Sync.

In this activity, Push and Batch entities have a Default Expiry Period (days) for on-demand tracked entities. This is the period the record(s) is stayed in your local database in the Mobile app and You can search online, save and track record(s) within this period before it is expired.
By default, the filter method is set to Exclude, combining the default where condition and the permission set filters with an AND, effectively restricting the dataset. If you select Include, it combines the default where condition and the permission set filter with an OR, effectively expanding the dataset.

As a result of this activity, you can change the time for an on-demand tracked entity to stay in the mobile app for a shorter or longer period before it is removed.
