Add Remote Assistance Users to User Groups
Explanation
Use this activity to add users to a group for Remote Assistance. You can
perform this action on the Groups page.
- Standard Group: A Standard group can be either a
standalone group with users or a parent group containing expert groups.
Users cannot call a Standard group directly.

Prerequisites
- An enterprise is registered with the third-party vendor Help
Lightning.
- Users for Remote Assistance must be created.
- Groups for Remote Assistance must be established.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, remote assistance users are added to the
designated remote assistance group.
