Use this activity to send a knowledge article for approval. You can select the relevant article and choose the Send for Approval option from the Status button.
If an Approval Template is added to a knowledge article, the approval process is initiated by changing the article's status to Sent for Approval. Without an Approval Template, the process will have no defined steps, and all users can approve the article.
As a result of this activity, the knowledge article is sent for approval, and the approval process is initiated.
