Use this activity to select predefined article type for a Knowledge Article. The article type determines the importance of tags.
Note: To display a Knowledge Article on the Request Details and Request Work Task pages, it must be assigned an article type.
As a result of this activity, the selected article type will be applied to the Knowledge Article.
