Use this activity to add additional information and regenerate the content of a knowledge article using AI. Additional information about the request work can be directly added to the Provide Additional Information field. Click on the Regenerate Content button to automatically include it in the article at the appropriate location. The content can also be manually modified, and details can be added directly. If needed, Regenerate Content can be used again to enhance the added content. Additionally, you can provide instructions on how the content should be changed, such as adjusting its layout.
As a result of this activity, additional information is added to the already generated article.
