Use this activity to rate a knowledge article. You can rate knowledge articles either directly from the record or when they are suggested. The rating is based on a scale of 1-5 stars, and you can also add a comment. Once a knowledge article is rated, the system stores a reference to the source of the rating, along with the person who rated it and the time of the rating.
