Use this activity to create a new revision of a knowledge article. You can create a new revision when the article is in the states Sent for Approval, Approved, or Published. When a new revision is created, the information from the existing knowledge article is copied to the new revision, and the previous revision is set to Obsolete.
As a result of this activity, a New Article Revision will be created.
