Create Article Type

Explanation

Use this activity to create an Article Type. Once the Article Type is created, predefined weights can be set for each tag type (Object, Location, Model, Customer, and Service) to be used on a knowledge article. These weights cannot be changed on the individual article once an Article Type is set.
