Use this activity to create categories for knowledge articles.You can access this option by clicking the New button on the Article Categories page. Once you click the button, you can provide the required data. You can then choose either Save to proceed or Cancel New to stop.
Categories can be defined to simplify the filtration and sorting of knowledge articles, and multiple categories can be attached to the same knowledge article.
