Approve Knowledge Article

Explanation

Use this activity to approve a knowledge article. You can select an article in Sent for Approval status and approve the article by selecting the Approve option from the Status button.

The article is automatically set to Approved once all approval steps are approved. If no Approval Template is connected to the article, it can be set to Approved simply by changing its status.

As a result of this activity, the knowledge article will be set to Approved.
