Add Media Item

Explanation

Use this activity to attach a media item to a knowledge article. You can execute this activity by selecting the Media tab in the Attachments section and clicking the Upload Media Item button. Adding a media item is optional. The attached item will be stored in the Media Library.

Prerequisites

• The Request Work Task should be in Work Done or Finished status.
• A knowledge article should have been generated.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, a media item has been attached to the knowledge article.
