Add Document

Explanation

Use this activity to attach a document to a knowledge article. You can execute this activity by selecting the Document tab in the Attachments section and clicking the New Document button. Adding a document item is optional.

Prerequisites

• The Request Work Task should be in Work Done or Finished status.
• A knowledge article should have been generated.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, a document has been attached to the knowledge article.
