This activity is used to define a scale on which physical and personality characteristics will be measured. An example of a grading scale would be: Below average, Average, Above Average, Exceptional. These values can be later used to measure characteristics such as stress resistance, leadership skills, strength, assertiveness etc.
The Qualitative Measurement Rank field sorts the grades from worst (the lowest number) to best (the highest number). If you want to change the order, you can use the move up and move down buttons by selecting the qualitative measurement level.
There are no prerequisites.
