This activity is used to register physical characteristics that can be used to describe an employee, e.g., strength, eyesight, height, stamina, allergies etc. These characteristics can be then assigned to employees (to inform if they have them and at what level) or to jobs (to inform if a job requires them and at what level).
There are no prerequisites.
As a result of this activity, physical characteristics will become available in the system to describe employees or jobs.
