This activity is used to register personality traits that can be used to describe an employee, e.g., stress resistance, leadership skills, flexibility, etc. These characteristics can be then assigned to employees (to inform if they have them and at what level) or to jobs (to inform if a job requires them and at what level).
There are no prerequisites.
As a result of this activity, a set of personality traits is registered in the system and becomes available for assignment.
