Review Tasks

Explanation

Hangar maintenance crew leads and supervisors can view tasks of a selected work package and aircraft. Also, hangar maintenance crew leads and supervisors can review details related to the tasks in order to assign resources to them. 

The Task Details page shows all the information related to a selected task including its skill requirements (resource demands), which can be assigned to resources accordingly. 

The Status of a task can be one of the following. 

• Active: Task is created but not started. 
• In Work: At least one skill requirement on the task is started. 
• Complete: All skill requirements on the task are complete. 

Procedure

As a Hangar maintenance crew lead or supervisor, follow the steps below to review tasks. 

1. Click Tasks in the Crew Lead/Supervisor Work Package Overview lobby. 
2. Expand or select a task. 

   Tip: This opens the Assignments tab, which shows all the skill requirements of it. 

As a Hangar maintenance technician, follow the steps below to review skill requirements of a task. 

1. Navigate to the Technician Work Package Overview lobby. 
2. Click Task Assignments. 
3. Select one or more skill requirements and click Task Details to view details of the task.
