Add Steps
Explanation
You can add a step to a task or a fault, which can then be executed, certified, and inspected by a technician from the task card.
By specifying the order number, you determine the order in which the step appears on the task card.
A step must include at least one sign-off requirement for both an executor and a certifier.
Only the technician who added the step, a supervisor, or a crew lead can remove it.
Prerequisites
- Skill certificates must be configured and assigned to technicians.
- Steps with the Pending or Done status cannot be removed.
- Steps published from CAMO with the status as not applicable are
saved as cancelled steps in Maintenance Execution.
System Effects
- Steps appear on the task card in the specified order.
- A step is added to the STEPS tab on the
Task Details page, with the executor, certifier, and inspector (optional) assignees.
- Steps appear on the SIGN-OFF tab on the on the
Task Details page.
