Review Errors

Explanation

You can review errors that were raised on the validation of a work package file. Any errors raised due to errors in the format, completeness or validity of data that was loaded, are displayed in the tabs on the Maintenance Execution Work Package page with an indication of which rows failed and what validations errors were raised. The Message field indicates the causes of the errors for each row.

If a file line contained an error in the format of the data, for example the value for a date column was not of the yyyy-mm-dd hh:mi:ss format, or completeness such that a mandatory column did not contain a value, no values are displayed against the row on the tab. If a file line contained an error in the expected value, for example the value for the status of a task was not "Active", values are displayed against the row on the tab but the execution status of the row is failed. Details of the failed rows can be viewed for work packages, tasks or faults on the Work Packages, Tasks or Faults tab respectively by expanding the row with the Failed execution status.

You can click on External File Transfer Logs to view transactions associated with the file load and review a detailed summary of any errors reported.
