Maintenance Controller can refer the Fluid Consumption page to refer historical fluid consumption records. There is an option to change the status of the record as 'Reviewed'. So that record will no longer show the consumption status.
There should be a historical fluid consumption record in Fluid Consumption page
As a result of this activity, the status of the fluid consumption record changes to 'Reviewed'
