Job Stop

Explanation

The Job Stop activity allows a technician to temporarily halt work on an assignment for a preconfigured reason, such as a lack of shift time, missing parts or tools, or insufficient skills.

The Job Stop process involves recording the reason for stopping, the remaining hours, and any additional notes or actions taken.

Once the job is stopped, a new skill assignment is created for the remaining work, and the original assignment is marked as completed.
