Contact An Expert
Explanation
This activity is used to call an expert directly from the remote assistance contact
list.
Prerequisites

The expert must be configured as an active remote assistance user in
Solution Manager/Remote Assistance/Users.

The expert must be connected to one or more remote assistance groups to
which the
end user is connected too.

The expert’s remote assistance status should be set to Available. The
default status is Available and this can be changed from
the IFS Cloud Web
client.
System Effects

The expert’s contact can be found in the remote assistance contact list of the
end user.

It is possible to initiate a call with the expert directly.
