Add Maintenance Locations

Explanation

You can add maintenance locations for an airport to schedule work and assign resources.

The maintenance location code for the maintenance location must be unique across airports.

Once added, if required, you can edit the airport, location type and name for the maintenance location. You can also delete a maintenance location if it is not the maintenance location for any work packages in the system. 

Prerequisites

• Airports must be defined. Airports can be created and updated in Aviation Maintenance/Basic Data/Location.
• Maintenance Location Types must be defined in Aviation Maintenance/Basic Data/Location/Maintenance Location Types.

System Effects

• Work can be scheduled at the maintenance location.
