Set Work Assignment Status to Waiting at Location

Explanation

Use this activity to change the status of a Work Assignment to Waiting at Location on the mobile client. This status is used when travel to the site has been completed, but there is a waiting period before work can begin.

If Automatic Time Reporting is enabled, this status will:

• Generate a Clock-Out transaction for travel time.
• Generate a Clock-In transaction for work performed.

Prerequisites

• The work assignment must be present on the mobile device.
• The work assignment must be in the On Route status.

System Effects

• The Work Assignment status is updated to Waiting at Location.
• If Automatic Time Reporting has not been disabled via a Workflow Configuration, the user will be clocked out from the clocked-in transaction for travel time.
