Explanation

This activity is used to find the resources who are working on different tasks connected under the same request scope.

Included a task description for easy identification of resources working on each task under the same scope.

Prerequisites

• Customer must use the new request management solution.
• IFS Cloud mobile app should be online.

System Effects

• An action named "Task Contacts" will be enabled in the work assignment actions, and contacts will be visible.
