Cancel Work Assignment

Explanation

Use this activity to cancel a Work Assignment before accepting the Work Task, after providing a reason for cancellation. The technician can also suggest reassigning the work if necessary.

Prerequisites

• The work assignment must exist on the mobile device.
• The work assignment must have been assigned to a user.
• Reporting against the work assignment must not exist.

System Effects

The Work Assignment will be removed from the mobile device and returned to the back office.
