Confirm Review Meeting

Explanation

Employees involved in a review meeting can confirm the meeting planned for them in My Review Meeting.

Selecting a record in My Review Meetings section will enable you to confirm a review meeting, this can also be done using My Development Program page or My Performance Evaluation Details (Provided the review meeting is connected to an evaluation). Further by selecting the record at My Review meeting you can navigate to My Development Program and My Performance Evaluation Details page if any further validation is required prior to confirmation.

Prerequisites

A review meeting is created for the employee.

System Effects

Once confirmed, Review Confirmed by Employee status will be updated as Yes.
