General - to view information about employee's job, time period covered by the plan, and any general updates and remarks.
Career Path - to register what jobs an employee should achieve by selected time. You can also view this information in form of a timeline.
Career Plan Meeting - to register career counseling sessions and monitor their results.
Development Plan - to register plans for employee development.
Career plan must exist for the employee.
There are no system effects.
