This is a generic information on performance evaluation
access with relation to HCM Access.
The performance evaluation details
will be accessible to any supervisor who has access to the employee record
overlapping the period of the evaluation.
Example: -
Supervisor I003- Mike gets access to Employee I005 –
Anna’s record from 1st February 2021.
However, Anna has been
in the organization since 2018 and has been involved in the performance
evaluations of 2018-2020 and currently having objectives defined for the
period 2021 as well. In this case since Supervisor I003-Mike got access to
Anna’s record from 1st February 2021, Supervisor I003- Mike can
only view Anna’s 2021 evaluation details.
Organizational and Custom Access
If Supervisor I003- Mike needs access to Anna’s
previous records, an organizational or a custom access must be granted for
the same.
Position Access
If Supervisor I003- Mike is having access to Anna’s
record based on a position access, in that case the transaction from date of
Mikes position access assignment needs to be backdated (this can be done via
Graphical organizational structure Access tab) to a suitable period to view
Anna’s past records.
