The purpose of this activity is to create basic configurations for employment lifecycle change requests. Employment Lifecycle Change Request Configuration is used to configure lifecycle change types with the ability to enable a combination of changes in one flow.
After creating the configuration with the general information, the predefined lifecycle changes will be listed, allowing users the flexibility to enable them based on their specific configuration requirements.
The created Employment Lifecycle Change Request Configurations will appear as Lifecycle Change Types in the New Employment Lifecycle Change Request assistant, given an Approval Configuration is linked.

This activity will result in the creation of lifecycle change request configurations that will appear as Lifecycle Change Types in the New Employment Lifecycle Change Request assistant, enabling managers to request lifecycle changes for their subordinates.
