Search Entity
Explanation
Entity Configuration in IFS Cloud provides the flexibility to create
entirely new entities to store data that doesn't fit into existing entities.
For Reporting, this is particularly useful when you need to add specific
information that isn't covered by standard entities in reports.
- Use the search functionality to search for the relevant entity for
the report and select it.
Prerequisites
- You should be a verified user within IFS Cloud, equipped with the necessary
permissions (FND_ENDUSER and FND_DEVELOPER) to access a specific report
and its associated data elements (projections).
- The selected report for print should be an operational report(Report
Designer Layout/Report Studio – Designer Layout).
- The Custom Attributes framework parameter in the System Parameters
page should be enabled.
