Schedule Report
Explanation
This activity is used to filter the required Operational report from the
report list & schedule it in the Report Studio Designer layout.
Prerequisites
- The selected report should be an operational report.
- You should be granted with required Permission sets.
- Required report projections must be included in the granted
permission sets.
System Effects
This activity empowers you to create custom report schedules. Define
the timing, recurrence range, language, and even delivery method (print or
email) for automatic report generation.
Outputs:
- Report will be executed and delivered to the specified user according to the
specified method in scheduling (Print/E-mail or just execution).
- Once the report scheduling is done, an entry on Scheduled Reports
tab will be created with a unique Schedule ID.
