Schedule OR Report

Description

This process is used to schedule the report execution for a defined time and date in the future by creating custom report schedules. Define the timing, recurrence range, language, and even delivery method (print or email) for automatic report generation.

On the IFS Cloud Order Report page, you can select any report available on the list and click Schedule Report.

Output:

1. Report will be executed and delivered to the user according to the specified method in scheduling (Print/E-mail or just execution).
2. Once the report scheduling is done, an entry on the Scheduled Reports tab will be created with a unique Schedule ID.

Prerequisites

• The selected report should be an operational report.
• As the user, you should be granted the required permission sets.  
• Required report projections must be included in the granted permission sets.
