Configure Report Site Texts

Report Site Texts are global text variables that can be used throughout operational reports in IFS Cloud. They provide a centralized way to manage and update text content that is commonly used across multiple reports.

• Defined at the system level, affecting all reports.
• You can create and modify report site texts to suit their specific needs.
• Once defined, report site texts can be easily inserted into various report elements.
• Changes to report site texts are reflected in all reports that use them.

Prerequisites

• The selected report for print should be an operational report.
• As the user, you should be granted the required permission sets.
