Explanation

The system includes a predefined text called companyName and ten generic texts numbered 'site_text1' to 'site_text10'. These texts can be customized with any desired value and are applied consistently across multiple reports. To change the variable text, simply modify the Text field and click the Save option.

Key purposes of exporting the schema:

• Backup: Creating a copy of the schema for disaster recovery or version control.
• Transfer: Sharing the schema with other development teams or environments.
• Analysis: Examining the data structure independently of the report definition.

By exporting the schema, you can maintain a record of the data model used for the report and facilitate potential modifications or updates.

• The selected report should be an operational report.
• As the user, you should be granted the required permission sets.
