Configure Relevant User permission Set

To access IFS cloud functionalities, it is a must that you are granted the necessary permission sets first. A Permission Set in IFS Cloud is a configuration that determines a user's capabilities within the system. It encompasses access rights to various system components such as projections, reports, lobbies, workflows, database tasks, and task chains.

There are two primary types of Permission Sets: Functional Roles for defining role-based access and End-user Roles for assigning permissions to specific users.

To access operational reports user must be granted FND_ADMIN permission.
