Report PDF/A is a specialized PDF format that ensures the long-term preservation and readability of documents. It includes metadata and embedded fonts to maintain the original appearance and content of the report over time.

The Report PDF/A action in IFS Cloud enables you to:

• Generate PDF/A compliant reports: Create reports that adhere to the PDF/A standard, ensuring their archival integrity.
• Configure PDF/A settings: Specify the desired PDF/A version and other compliance parameters.
• Maintain document integrity: Prevent unauthorized modifications to the report's content and appearance.

Prerequisites

• The selected report should be an operational report.
• As the user, you should be granted the required permission sets.
