Description of the Process

Report Rule Conditions are the criteria that determine when a specific report rule is applied. These conditions act as triggers for executing the defined actions within the rule.

Types of Conditions:

• Report Properties: Conditions can be based on report attributes such as report ID, report type, user, language, or other relevant properties.
• Data - Driven Conditions: Using SQL statements or XPath expressions, conditions can be created based on data values within the report.
• System - Based Conditions: Conditions can reference system variables or parameters for evaluation.

By combining various conditions, complex scenarios can be defined to accurately target specific reports and apply appropriate actions.

Prerequisites

• The selected report should be an operational report.
• As the user, you should be granted the required permission sets. 
• Required report projections must be included in the granted permission sets.
