Injury/ Illness Reference NoReference No for the Injury/ Illness
Injury/ Illness StatusThe status which identifies whether the injury and illness details registered for the employee have been confirmed.
Loss of ConsciousnessIndicator whether the person has lost consciousness because of the incident.
Medical TreatmentObtained medical treatment for the injury or illness.
Personnel Incident TypeThe type of personnel incident.
Personnel Injury/ Illness Status DescriptionThe status which identifies whether the injury and illness details registered for the employee have been confirmed.
Project IDThe ID of the delivery project relevant to this incident.
Reportable to External BodyIf Yes, the incident should be reported to an external regulatory body.
Severity LevelThe severity of the injury/illness
