Workload Runs

Description of process

Data Services – Workload Job Definitions provide information on Workload Runs against each Workload Job Definition, which is useful to identify Data Source loading status / Data Pipeline status during each Run to monitor execution errors and other details. A Workload Job Definition can have multiple Workload Runs (based on the trigger).
Workload Run page provides all details related to each Workload Run, including the loading history of each connected Data Source, Workflow status, log messages, and overall execution details.

For each Workload Run, the related Data Sources and Action items are listed in separate tabs within the Workload Run page and items are updated accordingly when a Run is completed.

In the Workload Run page Data Sources tab, the Details option is available which facilitates efficient navigation to the related Parquet Data Source Details page based on the selection of a Data Source entry.

Both Workload Job Admin user and Workload Job End user can perform all the activities under this sub-process. In addition, Data Services Administrator permission is required to navigate to the relevant Data Source details page and perform modifications if required (i.e. Max Age).
