Report Mode in IFS Business Reporter is tailored for the users who primarily consume and analyze reports without having the need to modify their design. It provides a streamlined and intuitive environment for interacting with pre-designed reports and gaining actionable insights. To access the Report Mode and its features, end users need to be granted the necessary permission sets.

Key features of Report Mode include:

• Interactive Exploration: Users can leverage Drill-Down, Zoom-In, and Interactive Slicers capabilities to explore summarized data points and view detailed, granular information without modifying the report structure.
• Report Execution: Users can order the execution of previously published reports, ensuring timely access to updated insights.
• Writeback Functionality: Authorized users can update data in IFS Cloud or export data to a text file.
• Data Export and Sharing: Reports and data can be exported for writeback or shared with other stakeholders for collaborative decision-making.
• Data Import: External data can be seamlessly imported into Business Reporter reports to complement or enhance existing data.
