IFS Business Reporter uses Permission Sets to grant privileges to various user groups. Granting the predefined Permission Sets is required to activate certain features embedded within the tool and IFS Cloud. Permission Sets are logically divided into Functional Role Permission Sets and End User Role Permission Sets. Permission sets define, what actions a user can perform based on their role, ensuring that they only have access to necessary activities.
