CURRENT_BASE_SALARY | The Current Basic Salary of the Employee. (This doesn't include the Variable Pay Amounts) |

NEW_BASE_SALARY | The New Basic Salary of the Employee after the revision. (Only the base pay) |

NEW_COMPA_RATIO | Indicates the % of an employee’s new salary (after the revision) compared to the salary mid-point of the employee's Job Grade. CURRENT_RANGE_PENETRATION | Range penetration indicates how competitive the current salary is compared to the min and max salary of an employee’s job grade (Internal benchmark). If min salary is 100, Max is 200 and the current salary is 125. Range penetration is simply 25%. |
NEW_RANGE_PENETRATION | Range penetration indicates how competitive the new salary is compared to the min and max salary of an employee’s job grade (Internal benchmark). If min salary is 100, Max is 200 and the new salary is 140. Range penetration is simply 40%. |
