Severity Level | The severity of the injury/illness |
Injury/ Illness Reference No | Reference No for the Injury/ Illness |
Incident Case No | The ID of the incident. This is a reference number for the incident. |
Injury/ Illness Status | The status which identifies whether the injury and illness details registered for the employee have been confirmed. |
Reportable to External Body | If Yes, the incident should be reported to an external regulatory body. |
Project ID | The ID of the delivery project relevant to this incident. |
Medical Treatment | Obtained medical treatment for the injury or illness. |
Loss of Consciousness | Indicator whether the person has lost consciousness because of the incident. |
Personnel Incident Type | The type of personnel incident. |
Incident Case Reference No | A reference name to identify the Incident. |
Personnel Injury/ Illness Status Description | The status which identifies whether the injury and illness details registered for the employee have been confirmed. |
Incident Severity Level | The severity of the incident. E.g. Fatal, major or minor. |
Incident Type | The value indicates the type of incident. Possible values are predefined |
Incident Date | The date at which the incident occurred. |
Incident Class | The classification of the incident. Possible values are predefined. |
