Delete command in Analysis Models page provides the capability to delete a model that is Published or Uploaded. This action deletes the model from the Power BI workspace and update the model process history or clear the entry from the Analysis Models page.
Once Delete is selected, a prompt will be displayed to confirm the deleting process.
1.If the deleting is confirmed- The status is indicated via Mark for Deletion in the Analysis Model Details page where, when it is set to true, it indicates that the model will be deleted from the workspace.
For an IFS-Delivered model, once the action is completed, model status will be updated as Not Published.
For Uploaded models, once the action is completed, the entry will be deleted from the Analysis Models page.
This enables re-uploading or Publishing the same model again.
2.If the deleting is not confirmed, there will be no change.
A published or uploaded model should be selected.
The selected model is deleted upon confirmation.
