Use this activity to view the repair history of the part/serial (Service Object). The repair history can answer questions such as how often this unit has been in for repair. Users can then decide whether it is worth repairing the item again.
In order for a repair history record to show a closed Repair RMA/s should exist for the same Part/ Model and Serial Number combination.
