The Unassigned Repairs page allows Repair Center Managers to efficiently assign Repair RMA Units to technicians. This screen displays a list of repairs that have not yet been assigned, enabling managers to allocate work as needed.
Once a Work Task has been added to an unassigned repair, the Assign Work button appears, allowing managers to assign the task to a technician quickly.
Additionally, the Unassigned Repairs page includes filter and search options, making it easier to locate specific repair tasks based on various criteria.
Repair RMA Units with no Work Task or with Work Tasks that are not assigned to a technician.
As a result of this activity, Repair Tasks can be assigned to technicians in the system through the Unassigned Repairs list.
