Select Return Reason

Explanation

This activity allows you to choose a Return Reason. After selecting the Service Object, a dialog will appear for you to select the appropriate Return Reason. The Return Reason is crucial as it determines the workflow for the item. 

Prerequisites

• A Service Object should be defined in Service Management>Installed Base>Service Object.
• A Return Reason should be defined in Service Management>Basic Data>Service Work Basic Data>Depot Repair Basic Data>Return Reasons.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the Return Reason is connected to the Service Object and the RMA Line.
