Modify Repair RMA Details
Explanation
Use this activity to modify or add information to the Repair RMA details.
You can update the Description, Due Date,
Planned Ship Date, Location and Address,
as well as classification details (such as Urgency, Priority, and Type) and
owner information.
Prerequisites
- A Repair RMA should exist in Service Management>Depot Repair>Repair
RMA.
- If you need to select classification details,
- Urgency should be defined in Service Management>Basic
Data>Service Work Basic Data>Work Classifications>Urgencies.
- Priority should be defined in Service Management>Basic
Data>Service Work Basic Data>Work Classifications>Priorities.
- Type should be defined in Service Management>Basic Data>Service
Work Basic Data>Work Classifications>Request Types.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, Repair RMA details will be modified or
changed as required.
