Use this activity to Assign Work to a technician. Selecting the Assign Work button opens the Assign Work assistant.
Once assigned, the Work Task will appear in the list of Assignments on the Assignments tab. The unit will also appear in the technician's My Repair Assignments list. The technician will need to accept the assignment before work can be started.
A Repair RMA Unit with at least one Work Task must be defined.
As a result of this activity, a Repair RMA Unit is assigned to a technician in the system.
