Add or Modify Return Reason Details

Explanation

Use this activity to add or change details about the Return Reason. Though not mandatory, you can select a priority level for the repair, such as Urgent, High, Normal, or Low and also indicate the Expedited Path for the repair. You can use the Count as Usable toggle to indicate the item should be counted as usable stock.

Prerequisites

• Priority should be defined in Service Management>Basic Data>Service Work basic Data>Work Classifications>Priorities.
• The Expedited Path should be defined in Service Management>Basic Data>Service Work basic Data>Depot Repair Basic Data>Expedite.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the details of the Return Reason will be modified.
